This notice describes the verified handling of text submitted to KNF Guide, the AI-powered assistant on this portfolio.
Information you submit
Free-text questions and a limited amount of recent conversation context are sent to the assistant. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or personally identifying information.
AI service
Questions that cannot be answered through the local guided paths are processed by Anthropic’s Claude service. The assistant is instructed to use only the approved public portfolio knowledge supplied by this site.
Minimal technical logs
The service may record limited diagnostic data such as time, anonymous request identifier, status, duration, model, language, token counts, error category and recommended route. Full message content, complete IP addresses, API credentials and the system prompt are not intentionally written to these logs.
Retention
No permanent identifiable conversation history is created by the portfolio interface. The retention period of infrastructure-level technical logs is controlled by the hosting platform and is not asserted here.
